When do I pay my pet sitter?

All pet care assignments must be fully paid 3-5 days before the service begins. For stay-over bookings, a 50%-100% deposit is required 15-30 days in advance to secure the pet sitter service. Payments are made directly to the assigned pet sitter.

What forms of payment does PSCT accept?

EFT, Cash, SnapScan and Zapper are all acceptable forms of payment.

Cancellation/refund policy

Once the required amount for booking confirmation is received, the following cancellation policies apply to safeguard the pet sitter's income:

Daily Visits:
A. Client cancels before commencement – 80% refundable.

Stay-Over Services:
A. Client cancels on the day of commencement – 0% refundable. B. Client cancels 3 days before commencement – 20% refundable. C. Client cancels 4-15 days before commencement – 40% refundable.
D. Client cancels 15 days before commencement – 70% refundable.
